Learn how to free yourself from anxieties with these 8 easy steps

Do you find yourself in constant worry about money, health, work, family or any other areas of your life? Negative thoughts and a anticipation of disaster are holding space in your brain.

If so, you may be experiencing a form of anxiety.


Worrying is a normal part of being human. Making sure we pay our bills and take care of our health is important to our survival. But when the worry impedes with our happiness and becomes intrusive it may negatively impact mental health.


Here are 8 steps to positively deal with anxiety,


-Repeat a positive mantra such as, "this too shall pass"

-Deep breathing.

-Question negative thoughts.

-Ask yourself, what is the worst that can happen?

-Exercise.

-Eat healthy.

-Sleep well.

-Engage in mediation or yoga.
